Ron E. Jackson started as a service manager for Barber - Colman's factory office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Seeing a great opportunity, he decided to start his own company, Jackson Control Company. During the 20 years Mr. Jackson owned this company, he became the premier designer and supplier of commercial control systems in Indiana. After selling this company, Ron became a full time inventor specializing in the design of controls and tools. He developed and sold his first zone control designs to Enerstat (now part of Robertshaw), who marketed them under the System 2, System 3 + 2, and System 10 trade names. Mr. Jackson currently holds 13 patents, his latest two being the Comfort System ™ zone control product and the Temp-Stat ™ temporary construction thermostat.
Ron has been recognized by ACCA in the central Indiana Hall of Fame and recently celebrated his 50th year in the industry.
Tom is a degreed engineer and spent several years as a territory manager with a large wholesaler in Indiana before coming to manage the Jackson Systems company in 1997. In tenshort years Tom has grown Jackson Systems from a start up company to a 10 million dollar company with more than 20 employees.

As the director of sales at Jackson Systems, LLC, Kurt manages the company sales and business development efforts. A graduate of Ball State University in secondary education, Kurt started his professional career as a middle school teacher and baseball and basketball coach in the Perry Township school system in Indianapolis. Kurt then moved into various sales positions with major manufacturers before joining Jackson Systems in 2004. Kurt lives in Greenwood with his wife Amy Jo and Maddy, their daughter, and enjoys spending his free time playing sports, working outdoors and spending time with his family.
As Product Development Manager for Jackson Systems, Phil Kimble is a seasoned veteran of the HVAC industry with over thirty years of sales, marketing and product management experience. Phil is extremely knowledgeable in IAQ products. He not only heads the product development team but also provides product application and technical support for residential and commercial customers. Phil is a certified Jackson Systems University Instructor as well as a motivating speaker.
As the Human Resources Manager at Jackson Systems, Kelly Kuner-Sexton is responsible for all HR functions including employee benefits and compensation, employee welfare, recruiting and employee development and employment law. Kelly graduated from Purdue University with a bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervison. Kelly has worked in the human resources field for nearly nine years in various industries including manufacturing and telecommunications.
Kelly lives in Irvington with her husband, Eric and their one year-old son, Graham. Kelly's hobbies include reading, listening to music, and renovating her nearly one-hundred year old home.
Rodney has managed Jackson Systems IT infrastructure as a consultant since January of 2003. He joined Jackson Systems full time in October of 2006. Rodney is the named inventor for a patented Product Management System, has a graduate degree in business management, and has worked with and owned several small businesses. Today in addition to overseeing the IT infrastructure he also oversees the day to day business operations at Jackson Systems.
Rodney lives in Mooresville with his wife, Mitzi; daughter, Elly; and son Allen.
Joe Jackson is vice president, commercial division, of Jackson Systems, LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana. His division designs, engineers and commissions custom commercial control projects. An Ivy Tech graduate, Joe started his professional career as a service technician for a large mechanical contractor in Indianapolis. In 1988, Joe accepted a position with the Trane Company servicing large, commercial HVAC equipment and controls. Joe was then promoted to the controls department of Trane, performing engineering, programming and commissioning tasks on large DDC control systems in 1995. Joe joined Tom and Ron at Jackson Systems in 2002 to launch the commercial division of Jackson Systems.
Joe lives in Greenwood with his wife Debbie and two boys. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America and his church.
